yes the guys will be releasing their 4th album in Dec since it's already mentioned on their official site that they're doing a triple threat release from Oct - Nov before the year wraps up

Oct - 1st DVD BREAKERZ LIVE 2009 "WISH" in Nippon Budokan ; 14th

Nov - LOVE FIGHTER ~Koi no (Love) Battle~ ; 4th

Dec - 4th album , title & release date tbc

I so can't wait for LOVE FIGHTER ~Koi no Battle~ especially since from their official site , it seems that LOVE FIGHTER & the B-side Winter Bell are getting PVs of their own
