Nami Tamaki isn't even as big as Jolin Tsai, who I doubt would have authority over much of her career. So I call the rip-off, but I don't blame Tamaki for it.
I didn't see that evolution similarity, though... Actually, this is the only Nami Tamaki song I've heard that sounds like a rip-off. And I've heard her whole discography, by the way.
