Well I'll be damned, that *does* happen in the manga. I only flipped through it quickly when I first got the album and didn't pay attention to much of anything in the booklet since I was looking for pictures of Maki.
But it's not, like, some super-explicit hentai manga or anything.
It only happens on one page and you only see it in one panel. And from what I can tell, the story is about a young woman who likes a guy so she humiliates herself trying to get him but it also looks like she realizes how stupid she's being and stops.
It's like one of those "true confessions" stories that a lot of women seem to enjoy sharing and reading; I get the feeling that what the text in the booklet is about too.
