^ Go for the Ueno and Shibuya ones. You are likely to get hopelessly lost in Shinjuku unless you are really great with kanji and Japanese addresses.
btw, I don't know why but google maps seems to be off for the Shibuya location. Just go to where the baskin robins sign is on the map and you will find it right by it.
