nah, it's perfectly normal. those 'PG' or 'NC 16' stickers are from singapore, they have to do that do all the videos contents to ensure that kids/youngsters won't see contents that are not suitable for their age.
Eg: kuu's albums and dvds had been tag under NC 16 here.

oh, and even though i'm singaporean, but i hardly buy those local versions, because of the ugly stickers.
But, there's a way to take down the sticker.
1: blow it with a hair dryer, when it's hot enough, then tear down
2: use a lighter to heat the area, when all the ares are covered and warm enough, just tear it out.

the 2nd way is most efficient and fast, but you need to be careful, if the sticker is on the plastic, then you can try this, but if it's on the paper, please don't
