I have a stupid question because I've never been to a concert before (I know )

I want to go really early.. so I'll get to stand in front (because I'm really small), but what's the deal with going to the toilet? I mean.. I can't stand there from 8AM to 7PM without having a pee.

Someone please enlighten me
