^ It could be 2 reasons combined. CDL not really a factor since they always knew when cdl would be yet they didn't put the single then. And obviously, one reason more than the other two.
If not for Fukuyama changing his release date, I doubt this single would be moved.
Really people should just read the last few pages though since its all pretty much discussed already.
