The most obvious one to me is untitled ~for her~. I'm pretty sure it was about and dedicated to a friend of Ayu's who died (did she commit suicide? I can't remember if that was true or not).

That last stanza... I really got the impression of taking one's own life. "That day you decided / to walk alone" sounds like death by choice, in other words, suicide, because this follows with "on that long journey / to that place above the clouds", death and journey to heaven.
Really sad and moving song, definitely about death.
