I actually dont get the sudden interest that people have in comparing Taylor and Lady Gaga(speaking in general here-not trying to be mean to u or anything). They are like north and south. They have absolutly nothing in common(different music genre-diferent sence of fashion-different types of lyrics-etc.) exept maybe for the fact that they are the most popular artist of 2009.. I think they both are absolutly great in their own way and the both deserve the awards that they have been nominated for.
