The costumer inside of me is all "pretty dress! pretty dress? pretty dress!", so I have ulterior motives for wanting to see what she's wearing.

The husband of one of my managers at work was once in a coma for a month. Apparently people in comas can hear what is going on around them and they tend to incorporate it into their dream world while they're out of it. So, presumably, if Ayu was with him while his physical body was in the hospital, and she actually vocalized any of the stuff in her letters, there is a good chance that it would find its way into his coma-induced world.
About the world where pink-fairy Ayu is... no idea about the interpretation on that one.
