I ordered Lady Gaga's
"The Fame Monster" Deluxe Edition from CDJapan about three weeks ago and I still haven't gotten it.
I chose regular airmail shipping and I was wondering if anyone has any experience in losing a package in delivery from CDJapan and what they do about it.
Since I requested regular airmail shipping, I'm not expecting much help from them, but if anyone has ever gone through their claims process the information you could provide would be very helpful.
