she did get a refund, but it's in YA credit, which is not much use to her, now that she decide to boycott YA forever. 
she was so pissed off when she send in an email after her order was ship out for 2 weeks, and not yet receive it. All YA did was to ask her to wait for another 2 weeks, but he parcel didn't came in the end and as they were already sold out, so YA can't resend her the items.
She order 2 more items with her hairgums, so she request YA to compensate her to make up for her loss. She wants them to refund her money for the FULL order, but YA only give her the refund for the hairgums through YA credits.
In the end, YA refuse to just give her the refund through paypal.
now i'm scared to order those [special, sold out] fast items at YA, i can't bear the thought if i place my order only to find that my items are lost in the mail and then sold out.....I rather get from mumo through my middleman, afterall the prices are almost the same.
