Maybe we forgot to make a rule to not mention "downloads" because no one had been dumb enough to do it yet. Every fandom who wanted to sent a fanbook (like here) has rules to not mention their sites, and not to mention downloads, because we go to sites for dls right? This is how we learn and then thereafter buy their works, although there are still half who don't buy. This doesn't mean we should let loose, because dls are still free.
Because I don't want Japan to control their artistes works any tighter. I agree that it is their very tight control that makes Japanese Stars the superstars they are now. But I think we need them to loosen the control a little more. Just to have more access to them.
And we all know, that the artistes and their companies know that downloads are still very much free because iTunes aren't much help afterall. (they know about MU, MF, torrents..., yes they do, some works were deleted because they already got control of them) And are still one big hit to artistes who are still selling albums. Why put a toothpick in Ayu's heart when we can fill it with rainbows?
