The account has a Dutch IP address which contradicts the user's statement that he lives in England. Please refrain from e-mailing any more pages or personal info to this account as the staff believes him to have no intention of making and delivering the fanbook. ESPECIALLY DO NOT SEND HIM ANY MONEY. The staff will keep the members informed with further information.
