I guess that you are a big J-Pop fan you have no way to not know about DBSK, especially their new single 「BREAK OUT!」.
When I listened to it at first it seemed interesting but then something sounded very familiar. After 3-4 times then 'Lady Gaga' popped into my head. But then... what song? And then I realized - 'Telephone'. Have a listen at both songs.

The vocal parts are not similar though the instrumental really is. It has almost identical elements - the bass and the drums. In 'Telephone' you can hear castanets rolling and in 'BREAK OUT!' you can hear hats doing that as well.
This is a personal opinion so I expect some people saying 'Ah leave DBSK alone etc'. I am a fan myself but I just consider that their producer this time got his inspiration from RedOne and has went a bit far.
