I'm not sure who did the original, but I think it was dream who did the original... Although judging by the style of the eurobeat, King and Queen's came first, however dreams is off-label, so I can't really make that judgement well...
Scratch that. After further research, I've found that King & Queen's came first. dream definitely wasn't active in '91, when K&Q was released on SEB vol. 18...

His real name is David Di Marcantonio, currently producer of David Dima Music, although when this song was made, he could've still been on another label. (I wanna say its LED, but I'm not sure where exactly LED fits in on the eurobeat radar. According to Discogs, its Vibration. But something keeps nagging at me saying that Dima was from Delta before he broke off.) Anyways, my point being, this is actual, legit eurobeat, not off-label.
