Interesting idea.
I have to say I think I would love to hear a group of fans sing A Song for XX or Who... altogether, even a-capella. Studio recording sessions aren't that expensive, so maybe a group could get together somewhere and record it neatly. Even if it was just one song recorded like that, I think it would really shine through
