Q1. ayu's one is in Nagano, while Kuu's is in Aichi. Though they are in different prefectures, they're not so far apart that you can't travel between them.
They're next to each other, so I'm thinking that there will definitely be trains running between them everyday, and that it'll probably take half a day or less to get between these 2 places. So don't worry too much about distance.
Q2. For seats at ground level aka ARENA, they're the highest priced of all. Those near the stage and catwalk are the
ARENA seats, Blocks A and B. For pricing, they can normally go really high, starting price is about 35,000yen for one ticket. You can check out the link below to get an idea of average prices.

Yep, seating for TA and convenience store tickets are by lottery. But at resale shops, you can choose seats. Naturally, you have to pay more for better seats.
