I don't think artists can leave something untitled. even if it is, it's still labeled as "untitled". But yes, as far as I know, ayu's song moment's working title was Memories.
also as a tidbit i unfortunately know. >> High School Musical's working title was High School Musical. They couldn't think of anything else to call it so they stuck with the original title.

I never knew about "Moments" initially being called "Memories"... but as far as Ayu using working titles, she did that for both "You were..." and "BALLAD" as well. She said both were initially labeled as "ballad" on her computer.

Well, Startin' was performed at CDL05-06, and wasn't released as a single until March 2006 (and the album didn't come out until November). Maybe the single was announced before the concert (due to it's tie-in)? But you're right, with new songs she performs, those are always in the encore and the corresponding album has always been announced before the concert date.
