At first, I was like, "o-m-g, what's with AKB48!?" But really, they aren't that bad, lol. I just listened to the single, and it's catchy and all. Nothing amazing - it doesn't deserve those sales, I don't think... But they're something different, and they seem way more talented and less annoying then the washed up Morning Musume. :\ So, I guess that's why they're so popular.
