Even though I liked the 12 singles project, to do something similar again is just.. unoriginal and to me, 10 singles in 10 weeks is a lot and you know she would release a BEST~4th w/e~ compilation of them straight afterwards.
I don't like remixes either. I guess for me, 1 year is enough time for her to release a second remix album seeing as she only has 1.
Someone said there may be concern with the quality... I think judging the quality of something is really subjective and I'd say you should first hear the new material before deciding whether it's worth buying or not. That's what I do anyway, not just for Kumi but all other artists that I buy the cds of. If you hear it and don't like it, again, just don't buy it and pretend it doesn't exist lol
