I also have a pretty quiet grow into one but I'm so used to all the quietness of the album that I just don't even care. I have also realized that on my copy of grow into one "Pearl Moon" is playing much louder than the other songs.
I don't know why but maybe the uploader had to download the song separately because it wasn't working. This happened to me with m.a.z.e. I had to download BEST ~first things~ and copy the song from the best of file to grow into one's.
