The article doesn't even mention her going to London for the recording. It's just a picture.
Strange how "The Circus" is now listed as an article for her new album...

Well, the reasons I used that picture are 1) Wikipedia prefers copyright-free media for its articles ("free use" instead of "fair use", which explains why there aren't any pictures from her photoshoots etc.) and 2) I thought it would be a good way to illustrate the fact that Ayu's fanbase extends well beyond Japan. And we get kooks every now and then who think that Wiki is just a more high-profile place to dump rumors, but the article's watchers usually have it taken care of pretty quickly. (I've been thinking about requesting article protection so that only experienced users can edit it, but I've been so swamped with stuff lately I haven't really had much time for article maintenance.

Does the fact that Ayu's is Wikipedia's only featured article on a Japanese singer count for anything?

Or the fact that I think hers is the only featured article with an intimate picture of the fans? True, it's not like the picture is in TIME or the Wall Street Journal, but I think it's pretty cool.
