Well hopefully they will put the announcement tomorrow...

There's no way they won't announce it soon!!

The ViVi issue as a promotional tool for the album should have the title, covers, versions, prices and release date already, well everything besides the tracklist. They have to announce it some time before the magazine's release.
Tomorrow would be perfect if they would choose to do it. =P
