As for the first press goodies confusion, the box set is definitely a limited item by itself, so that will confirm include the photobook. As for the CD+DVD which is sold individually, the first press of those will contain the photobook too. So if you can just get your hands on the boxset, you'll get everything there is on offer (I think).
so possibly, the CD+DVD may contain the photobook?!
I'll just settle for that one then, but the mug/tea is tempting...
