My Concert Tour 2000 DVDs never arrived. YA replaced them, but I had to pay the express shipping that was almost like buying the DVDs once again.

agreed. i left yesasia finally because with every new release i saw all the people on here saying that their order was already in the shipping process where mine on yesasia always sits for AT LEAST another day if not longer to start the shipping process.
ugh, i'll be so frustrated when april 14th rolls around and i'm waiting on my order.
ALSO, if i don't request shipping in a box from yesasia, my things would often come crushed and damaged.
