It's hard NOT to see Duty on GUILTY.
In that way most albums have that pattern. Take (miss)understood: Rock (Is This LOVE? alterna), pop songs (STEP you, fairyland, Beautiful Day), many ballads and a personal one (HEAVEN).

I personally never even thought of comparing GUILTY to Duty, other than the photoshoot. But I can see why some people do though I'm not saying either way is wrong.
