I was on the phone with my friend who's a big fan of Utada because of me. She said to me... "Now that the tour is over, we'll get a new single soon, right?"
I laughed so hard at her. I told her the question she should be asking is not when we'll get a new single, but when Utada will consider posting her next blog. XD
I think worst case scenario is one more Japanese single, a single collection vol. 2, and a farewell concert. That's worst, worst case scenario based on the retiring at 28 thing. What I think she'll probably do is release a Japanese single this year, then a new TiTO single and promote it, then another Japanese single and album sometime next year.
What I hope for her to do is release one more TiTO single following a Japanese single, promote both. And start work on a new Japanese and English album simultaneously again next year.
I can dream, right?
