well... with all those prizes... they are trying to boost the sales... all posters, stickers, TA gifts... if the chances were higher... like... 1000, maybe people would buy more than one version just to have more chances... like the lottery... more numbers more chances to win...
and I agree with Deli, and as I said before, I will hate whoever will sell it, and even if I don't get one, if the people who get it will keep it like the treasure it is, then I'm happy...
