The extras that come with CD+DVD (with or w/o the box) are the code, poster A, photobook and the posibility of getting the handwritting lyrics ^^
so the CD only doesn't has an exclusive first press gift for now... what I find strange... it would be logic from avex point of view to offer something that comes only with the CD only...
maybe later.. but for now the only different thign the CD-only has is the cover LOL
