McQueen is (was, bless his soul) based in London, as are Gareth Pugh and Charlie Le Mindu. She's also wearing various designers in the album cover.

I don't think this is different from her other "weird" stuff before, haha. Ladies Night and ourselves were WAY weirder. This is like fashionable weird, which seems to have been brought into the spotlight by GaGa.
