play-asia do provide free shipping but its to certain country only.they do provide free shipping for my country.so i'll grab any cds from there.
play-asia is unlike yesasia where i need to buy more than USD39 only can enjoy free shipping.i can spend at least USD10 then i can enjoy free shipping.of course if you plan to buy lots of stuff(more than 1kg),then they will charge you shipping fee but you can always make several orders to prevent they charge you shipping fee
