Watch out, the audio is loud!
Turn on captions at Youtube to see the subtitles! Subtitle files

The show was a special live stream on the NicoNico Video site.
That site is known for the comments that stream on-top/along side the video.
Replay was available for premium members.

Set-up: Okinawa International Film Festival - Day of the Opening Ceremony/Red Carpet
This a music-themed live interview show that evening hosted by Jinnai Tomonori (comedian) and Matsushita Hatsune (talent). Namie appears as a special surprise guest in the last third of the show. Other guests are the comedic duo, Garage Sale (Gori & Kawa-chan) and band, Kariyushi58 (lead singer, Shingo), both from Okinawa.

Subtitles/Translation/Timing/Video supplied all by me... No, I am unlikely to ever do this again.

Disclaimers:
Spoiler:
No experience subtitling and horrible listening comprehension. Yes, really. Hopefully, the subtitles are okay. Feel free to submit any timing corrections/edits. I had a 2ch report/summary to assist me in translating and the about 20% or so that I didn't get wasn't terribly important. If it was Namie was speaking, I am near 100% accurate. Also, I tried to make everything as close to American English as possible, but I've been around Japanese English too much and some parts may be, huh? :?: The combination of Comedians + Kansai-ben speaking made things pretty difficult. Fortunately, nobody here knows any of the comedic references either, so it's okay. XD

Any Japanese speakers/learners, please, please, please correct anything wrong you notice in the translation. I know some lines are inaccurate, they are true to the spirit, if not content.

I only put in this (insane) effort because she's appearing in a long interview for the first time in a looong time. And it's a hilarious interview. Not to mention, she's freaking adorable~ It kills me. If you're about twelve minutes in, get yar'll brains out of the gutter... =P It's a good thing it's funny or replaying it over and over again would've been torture. If I billed you by the hour, ya'll'd be in trouble. ^.^
Translation Notes:
Spoiler:
Sugoi - Used a lot. Look it up if interested.
No-gyara - literally, "no guarantee". Guarantee is a performance/appearance fee.
No-gyara then means "to not be paid for appearing."
Gushiken Yoko - pro boxer from Okinawa. The phrase, chochune, is his way of mispronouncing "Sou desu ne"-"Yes/Really"
Nakata Sachiko - Okinawan female comedian.
Itao Itsuji - Comedian, they talked about him being at the festival earlier in the show.
毛 Ke - it means hair, fur. Used in Kemuro gag.
Tsubaki Oniyakko - A busu-kirei (ugly-pretty/"plain") comedian/talent.
Anpanko - Think Anpanman. I assume.
Uchinanchu - Native name for the Okinawan people
Goya - Okinawan bitter melon. Baaad joke made before Namie's appearance.
Soki soba - Okinawan soba. Okinawan soba is really something~ Try it sometime.

The gags... Japanese comedians like to repeat the same thing over and over again and most gags really have no meaning.
But, the Japanese laugh at them anyway. That's all you really need to know.

Power Spots - They actually mentioned power spots before Namie came on stage, so it's only Jinnai bringing it up that makes him seem to take a thinly veiled swipe at her New Year's trip to Sedona.
Tamagusuku - 玉城村 is the name of a town in Okinawa with various power spots, apparently. I guess I've actually been there, since that's where a Disney-fied version of local culture is on display at the Okinawa Theme Park.

When they ask Jinnai what happened last year in March, he was getting divorced by the popular 90s actress, Fujiwara Norika. Them getting married was a big deal, them getting divorced was a big deal. Rumors of his cheating led to an outpouring of sympathy for her and, presumably, his manager being hounded by the media. I'm not sure why they're making a big deal of it having been exactly a year ago. They have one year anniversaries of divorces in Japan? ^^;;
Sukkiri - to be refreshed, cleared up, clean, neat.

Gorie - Remember back in 2006, during CSCEIS promotions, on One Night R&R, that cross-dressing cheerleader comedian? That's him speaking! I had no idea. o_O Anyway, Gori of Garage Sale was/is also Gorie. Videos of him practicing and appearing appearing at the 2006 live.

Thx Catslaughing for your hard work...
