Comparing Ayumi & Namie's futures...
Namie is more 'exciting', and I agree that she has grown so much since her career started with improving vocally and such. But there is a certain polish and perfection about her music...She dances well but I wish she would LOOK more involved. Smile. Please. (I think this is why I like her in AI's FAKE pv...lol She always seems happier in other people's pvs.

Which leads me to why I love Ayumi. Ayumi has so much input into her music; you listen to her music, you listen to Ayumi. That is the charm her music has that (for me) makes up for her less-than-stellar singing and the mis-steps along the way.
I'm optimistic for both of their futures, for different reasons. To me it's hard to compare Namie and Ayumi because they are in different categories.
