It's definitely live. The audience was not "placed" there. There is a definite difference between Ayu's studio voice, and Ayu's live voice.
This particular live? Maybe it sounds too good to be true for you, but if you watch the actual concert the audio this disc was from, you'll have a better experience (and far more appreciation of Ayu singing live).
