Basically, the two biggest Asian Ayu fan forums' owners (AyumiFans and AyuChina) get copies of the latest releases from avex, and in return, apparently they're not supposed to leak the entire album at once?
It seems like with Rock'n'Roll Circus, they're just letting everything hang out, haha.
