The arranger basically determines the sound of the song. The mixer just puts all of the elements together.

Koji is Ayu's usual mixer, but occasionally she has a mixer or two that isn't Koji. Some people don't like the way he mixes, haha.
O ok...I so see from booklets that the ARRANGEMENT is done by the oe w does the PROGRAMMING...same thing?
