I think from Tokyo to Saitama, you need less than 30 mins with JR train.. but it depends on which part of Tokyo.
So if i took a bus, i'll be arrived at Shinjuku Station. I'm probably going to take the earliest bus from Kofu (Saturday) I haven't checked the bus schedule (all in Kanji, and i'm noob

From Shinjuku Station to Saitama-Shintoshin, it's around 30 mins, then from the station we can walk to the Saitama super arena
