Well it depends. If you look at the whole Japanese music industry, except boybands such as Arashi & EXILE or Namie Amuro, Ayu's sales are not that bad. I mean, she has been active for more than 10 years and she still tends to sell singles more than 100k, and albums more than 200k. That's not bad at all.
But also her sales will probably keep falling, and in the near future her albums might not be able to sell more than 100k >.> Unless she makes a miracle like Namie and release some best of which would sell more than 1 milion, and after that a studio album which would sell near 600k in 5 months.
