When I first read this I thought "Wow this is a great idea!" but after reading the other replies I have to say I agree if we all do this it can be a bit overwhelming for her. After all she cannot ignore it and Ayu being Ayu would want to make her fans happy.

But the thing is its not completely up to her whether or not she can do a world tour because its really up to the record company and whether they can sell the seats. Holding a concert cost money and while the a lot of artist would love to perform for their fans they don't control everything it the company doesn't think it is going to be profitable they will not do it.
