I agree about not bombing her twitter with these kind of posts. If you would like to ask her if she is planning on doing any concerts abroad, that would be fine I think. But flooding her twitter with international fan spam is all the more reason for her to consider not coming, and maybe even stop tweeting (in English or Japanese) all together.
Maybe it's just me, but that is how I feel about it.
