I think I can help you here ^^

*3 Both てんむす(tenmusu) and 手羽先(tebasaki) are well-known foods of Nagoya area. Tenmusu is a omusubi (riceball) which includes Tempura of shrimp. Tebasaki is a fried wing-tip.

*5 じぃーーー(Jii---) is I think a sound to represent staring. (Pino is staring at mama while she's twittering.) しぃー(shii--) is a sound to ask for silence.

Additional information is that in Japan to tweet using twitter is called つぶやく (to mumble).
