Of course she loves her fans, but becoming "worldwide" takes much more than just asking for it...
the good intentions are there, but there are immense amounts of work involved :-\

I agree, It's not like she'll suddenly go global because of
spams in twitter.
I think she's already happy that we're asking her question on twitter, don't go
overboard people.
