3rd time Grand Prix winner
Ayumi Hamasaki won the Grand Prix at the "ALL JAPAN Request Awards", held in Osaka on the 23rd. This is the third year she won the prize. Winners in other categories were: Morning Musume, Porno Graffiti, Hitomi Shimatani, Kiyoshi Hikawa, and Mika Nakashima.
