Thanks for this! I always end up feeling bad about repeating tweets/spamming, the last thing I want to do is that. But I've realized that's probably giving the greatest chance for your tweet to surface at the exact perfect moment. It's almost like shuffling cards or drawing tickets out of a hat, the more "entries" you have, the better your odds.
The TweetDeck thing really helps; it's so quick about updating and pretty easy to figure out, too.
