Thanks for the input everyone! <3 I certainly hope it's real! I was pretty doubtful whether it was real because at the bookstore I bought it at, it was even in the "less then $5" section because it has a slight crack on the front and the obi is missing.

it can't be fake, coz you have to pratice for a very long time to get it.

well, why can't people sell off their sign cds, there are sooo many theories i can think of:
1: they might be a huge fan back then, but lost interest in ayu now, so the autograph aren't important anymore.
2: someone is in need of money and have to sell the cds away, autograph or not.
3: the sign cd is a gift, and the person doesn't care so much so sell it off
4: that is a stolen cd! A poor fan out there has his or her's cd stolen!
5: the owner of the cd made their mum or dad so angry that they take away his/her cd and sell it off
6: owner accidentally sell the cd off, along with a bunch of other stuff and forgetting that the MA album is autograph
how are these????? all are logical reasons

My dad suggested the first one to me, and I was guessing at option #5.
I really hope that the truth isn't option #4, because then I would feel really bad! Actually, any one of those options except the first and third ones would make me feel a little bad for whoever owned it before.
Oh well, guess I'll never know. What I DO know is that I quite possibly have a signed CD in my hands!
