I listened to it a few more times. I really like
Microphone. Especially the little elephant trumpet! I didn't even notice it before, it's so londonish (Elephant & Castle, haha) and fits the circus so much. Elephant!! Great.
My other two favourites (besides the single songs, I'm not going into them, because it's been done before) are
count down and
Last Links, although the latter reminds me a little of Heartplace.
Don't look back is nice, but not my favourite.
Lady Dynamite and
Sexy little things are not what I expected and somehow I have problems liking them. And I think
Sexy little things would've worked better on
NEXT LEVEL with its videogamish sound effects.
meaning of love is cute but she has loads of better ballads.
I still prefer
NEXT LEVEL to
Rock'n'Roll Circus.
