Man, some people are a little, um, overeager about getting a reply. It's all right if she doesn't reply. So many people are trying to reach her that she can't reply to everyone. Think of it like a lottery. Not winning doesn't mean that you're a loser. This isn't a competition.
About spamming her again and again with basically the same message, several times a day... Honestly, though, try putting yourself in her shoes. Would you reply to yourself if you were in her place? It's nice to send her messages if you genuinely want to share something with her or ask her something, and if that were the case then you shouldn't even expect a reply at all. But sending her messages to no end just because you want her to reply? That doesn't seem right at all...
Also, really, I won't name names, but people should be a little more thoughtful and careful about what they write in their messages. I've read some tweets that dangerously overstep boundaries of common courtesy. It's wonderful that Ayu is opening up to her fans in this way. People shouldn't abuse it with nonsense and impossible demands. The world doesn't revolve around you.
