no, none of them. Probably to boost physical sales. But aside from that, iTunes has very little importance in Japan (only 10% of all PC downloads) so I doubt they'd really care.

I can definitely see this being the lead-in single to the album. More and more artist release a small (one song) single a month or less in advance of the album.
