I didn't like the PV. Not for any underlying homosexual tones (which I didn't necessarily see in my first viewing, but I could see from a second viewpoint the next time I watched it), I just thought it was a crappy PV. And I really didn't like the song. Still don't, actually. It's grown on me a little bit since it was released, but I never understood the hype for this song. It was probably my least favorite track on the album...
I honestly saw the PV as Ayu going out and doing something that she might do all the time. I saw it as her going to a club that she could just relax in. Girls here (myself once included) do similar things all the time. They go to gay clubs (my initial thought wasn't that it was a gay club, though. I thought it was more of a burlesque/bondage club) to have fun and just relax without the worry of picking someone up or being picked up. It's a way to go out with your friends and have a good time. And that's what I saw Ayu doing. Going out to a place she can let go without strings attached.
So I didn't really think anything of the whole gay themes thing. If she did make the PV with those intentions, I think that's really cool. It's almost like a direct call to her GBLA fans saying, "this if for you, guys! Love ya!"
But as I said, I don't like the PV. I hated her outfit, didn't like the song, abd got really bored in parts. I had to go watch the PV again last night, since I only watched it once and didn't remember what you guys were talking about half the time; and I didn't like the bathroom scene. Not because I found including it in the PV disgusting, but because I've been in one of those bathrooms and they're really gross. >_< I did love the lollipop and balloons scenes, though.
